working with Greatness
Today, we head out to Los Angeles to work with Greatness, also known as Scott Hainline, producer extraordinaire. We're casting in a beautiful place, Ava Shevitt Casting. Most of these places are dumps. This one is spectacular, with natural light and roof decks.

I must clarify here. There are no "spectacular" casting facilities anywhere. They are soulless rental spaces without any adornment. They are empty dry walled rooms where sad people gather to follow their dreams of becoming famous. Sadly, 99% of them never make it, but not for lack of trying.
Friends and Family have encouraged and nurtured the hopes and dreams of these people so they can practically taste it.
We watch them struggle through awkward performances and make notations about their abiities. We can quickly dismiss them at any moment and never know how much it means to them as they smile robotically and thank us on thier way out the door and back onto the LA Freeways to the next audition.
