the most motivated athlete of all

Recently, I gazed out at the spinning class before me and noted that the most motivated spinners of all were not the former elite athletes or the confirmed gym rats. No, the most motivated athletes in the entire gym were the recently engaged females. And they made up 25% of the class.

Someday, they're going to put on a wedding dress, and no matter what size they are, they want to wear a dress that is at least one size smaller than what they normally wear.

Funny, I've never seen a recently engaged guy take spinning. I wonder why.
