Mrs. Berkeley's building

Here is Mrs. Berkeley's building. It's coming along. When it's finished, there will be much rejoicing.

I like the building a lot and if I had the money, I'd buy a piece of it. At the moment, I could afford roughly a small section of a closet. But not the taxes.
