Last weekend was Border Collie weekend, so for the past three days we celebrated Labrador retrievers. Here you see Lance Armstrong, Sabrina Fairchild and Isabelle doing some retrieving along the bay in Hull.

Seeing the dogs in the water must have done something to my head because I actually went for a sail for the first time in over a year. Sailing the Laser is like riding the bicycle. It's a one person endeavour, it makes everything hurt, and you get to go pretty fast. Sailing the Laser on Monday was slightly wetter than riding in the rain on Sunday.

It appears the summer is over and it went by quickly. Fall is great, we have no complaints about that season. All complaints are reserved for the months grim, January and February.
