HBO True Blood Jumps Shark

My favorite show on TV just fell apart. Season One of True Blood was great. Interesting story, good character development, very little dependence on schticky, schlocky, TV sheote. Then Season Two came along. Oh my. Somebody somewhere said, "Let's take it to the next level!" Sunday night's episode was a catastrophe.  All of the characters have become cartoons. We see way too much of the menacing Eric. Sookie is a chatter box. Jason is unbearable. It's a pity when good TV turns into crap, because there's so little of it.
