Moving forward with enthusiasm

I received an email from an account executive that he had a concern with the copy and we should discuss it at my earliest convenience. As I was at my post at 7:15 am, I called said account man on his cell phone at 7:30 am sharp.

The excellent thing about rousing a man from a deep slumber is it has a calming effect upon his concerns. He is no longer worried. He went back to sleep. I went back to work.

If you dear reader have a concerned co-worker, I recommend you call him or her at 7:30 am. It is a very productive time of the day.
