I went to take a spin class and the teacher didn't show so I taught it for free. The great thing about teaching for free is you can do whatever you please. I took the opportunity to make sure everyone in the class had proper bike fit. Most of the instructors at this Fitcorp are reebok certified which means the bicycle is a piece of equipment. So they don't ride like roadies. Mad Dog was started by a professional roadie, so proper fit is key and people ride they're on a road bike. It's not a case of same church, different pew. It's more like different church.
