Given that it's the most wonderful time of the year, I thought I'd head out for a training ride. Brought along the camera to document the moment. Knocked out 45 and felt pretty good. Yesterday, I got 30 done, and it wasn't bad.

Lots of good people have been sending me good vibes. Ran into Allan Bruce and he pulled over in his truck to say hello. He quit frostbite sailing and is skiing instead. He seems happy with his decision. He sends his best. Also got a nice note from the Kirkpatrick family. It's good to have friends.
