Lance Armstrong Foundation Challenge Huge Success

Over 20 people have signed up for the Lance Armstrong Foundation Challenge. Here's how it works. You weigh yourself now, and write it down. Then you work with one of the fitness advisors from the team to develop a program that matches your goals and your lifestyle. On June 1, you weigh yourself again. For every pound you lose, the Lance Armstrong Foundation gets $10.

Some Hill, Holliday people have committed to doing the following to accomplish their goals:

-Scott Noble is riding a stationary bike once a day for between 30 and 60 minutes, or running

-Scott Rabschnuck is training for his first marathon

-Rick McHugh is developing his aerobic engine by riding the stationary bicycle indoors

-Mike Sheehan has a top secret program because he wants to lose the most weight

-Kevin Moehlenkamp has sworn off drinking when the sun is over the yardarm

-Numerous women, who shall not be publicly humiliated, have developed custom fitness programs with certified Gym Rat Stephanie Gilbert. The addition of Ms. Gilbert to the staff has created an epic 100% increase in trainee enrollment.

-In answer to this demand, Jim Ricciardi has been added to the staff of fitness consultants. He has a lot of experience in the field of fitness, so his input is invaluable.
