Big Tex is Back

Mellow Johnnie is back in the saddle. I reckon he's going to spend more time on the bike than entertaining lonely blondes. In recent photos shot by his favorite photog Liz'Beth Kreutz, Big Tex isn't looking too big. He looks fit, strong, maybe three kilos overweight, which is absolutely nothing this time of year.

As usual, the Master Manipulator hasn't released his entire plan to the public. He wants to keep Contador on the team. If The Man isn't throwing 7 watts per kilo come July, I think he'll let Contador ride for the win. But I think all of Texas will freeze over before he'll fetch Alberto some water.

You can say you love the man. You can say you hate the man. But you can't ignore the man. He's going to make for some great TV and he'll be putting a shine on an image that has been tarnished lately by some off-the-bike activities.

Floyd's gonna be back too, and don't be surprised if somehow Tyler gets out of his Rock Racing contract. It's an open field and anything could happen.

And hopefully, Joe, his return will further "clean-up" the doping mantra that has hung over this sport..As you said a while back "Pro cycling is bad to the bone" and you were right..Those caught in the future should be banned permanently....

Ride Safely !!!
