Pete's new estate

Pete's place needs a bit of sprucing up but it has good bones, a yard, and a garage. Pete is thinking of tearing down the garage and putting down two shipping containers which will give him a shop to gather his thoughts.

Pete got a credit on the new Simpson's movie, so that's pretty sweet.
