We're going to need a bigger sofa

After eating meat, chewing on bones, chasing ducks, retrieving tennis balls or bumpers, licking peanut butter, and swimming in the ocean, the pool, or a stinky creek, there's nothing a Labrador retriever likes more than hanging out on the sofa. The challenge is when you have many Labs, they think they own the sofa and it would be just fine with them if you were to find a nice spot on the floor.


In fact, if you should have the gall to sit in the Lab's favorite sofa spot, she will sit down and look at you until you move. If you don't move, she'll bark until you move. If you still don't move, she'll jump up on top of you, put her head down where she wants to sit, and use her hind quarters to shove you out of the way.

At least Labs don't tell you which TV shows to watch. That said, they do enjoy the Animal Planet.
