quite interesting past few days

Let's see. The other night, Sabrina Fairchild, who is pregnant with a litter of Labrador retriever puppies, was bitten by a coyote. Not good. Next up, the pipe that goes from the house to the water main sprung a leak. More not good.

As the old house was neglected during the Tour, I've been tending to it. We're fixing up the porch bit by bit. Dave the world's greatest contractor and Will the world's greatest painter have been on the job. It's coming along nicely.

Went for a ride today, first time in two weeks. Felt alright, not great. Haflway through the ride, got a call from Mrs. Berkeley. Pulled over, answered the phone, and learned that she wanted me to stop on the way home to purchase L'Oreal Dark Ashe Blond for her at the town pharmacy. To walk into the pharmacy dressed head to toe in bike geek outfit is always interesting.

Although we have some cold days ahead of us, I am starting to believe the cold weather will one day end.

Hoorah for that.

When the weather is warm, we shall enjoy every minute.
